I am 5'7" with a 36 inch bust. I normally wear between a medium and a large. I ordered a large as I like my shirts a little looser. It fit just as expected and is very comfortable. The only drawback is there is no support. Unless you are young or athletic you will need to wear something under this for support. I will wear this and I love it, but I will also be wearing a traditional swimsuit top under it for support.

Nice quality shirt. The fabrics feels really good. Good fit. I bought the xxl. Good coverage which is important to me at 67yo.
