It works
It works for me.It took a reasonable time to get used to it.It is a good helper in a creative process. Hardly a replacement for creativity and skill.For me personally, the best use for it was to:1. Arrange the big shapes.2. Draw some stubborn details I couldn't catch otherwise.The rest is about creative freedom.

“Lucy” Don’t waste you’re money
This product came with a missing screw set and a lens missing. This probably was used and returned. The item itself is so difficult to use it’s not worth the time and energy. I couldn’t even see what I placed in fro t of it, never mind enlarging it.. my advice, just practice your drawing and painting skills. This will make anyone want to quit.

A learning experience
Using a Lucy is well documented as requiring time to learn how to use. That said, there are tricks available to shorten the time, but they make you pay a fee for knowledge. You'd think for the price you'd get more. All said, I'd hate doing a portrait without it.

An Edit to my past review
I want everyone to know that his company has the BEST Customer Service!!! My last review was out of MY frustration, and not about the product itself!!! This is a good product, and I would like to buy the larger size at some point... I apologize to the company for my last review. Cheep product
It was not at all what I thought n to Ricky dink to put together! Didn’t work for me I bet it won’t work for you! Beware of this product not worth any price went straight the trash I waited to long to use it! Check your products the day you receive them or lose out on refund policy!!! Thank you n BEWARE OF THIS PRODUCT!!!!🤬

Not for everyone, unfortunately...
First saw this product on ABC network show "Shark Tank". Looked very interesting. Made a somewhat "impulse buy" and regretted it. Just not for my wife and I. It was a little on the 'cheap' side as far as it's manufacturing, but for the most part, was stable. It was pretty difficult to use. One had to manipulate filters and magnification back and forth to get the optimal use out of it. Ended up just being to convoluted and kind of a waste of time. On a positive note, if someone is a creative upcoming artist, it very well might be a useful tool in achieving one's goals.

Not getting the results that were advertised
I like the bag the item came with, but the device is clunky and complicated, and, more importantly, I am unable to see the images projected clearly if at all. I have watched all of the YouTube videos, read the documents the company included and still feel at a loss. I will try again, but it seems like it is a pretty temperamental device.
