According to their own chart, the motorcraft WW- 2201 - PF WILL FIT a 2018 Ford F-150

Are these not the same ones that come on from the factory?

If you want the correct original wipers complete with metal frames like what came from the factory purchase Ford XW7Z-17528-AA - BLADE ASY - WIPER on amazon I did and they are a perfect match with what came on my F-350 new Hope this helps
