Love, love, love this lamp. I’ve listened to my friends rave about Ott lamps for years but had not purchased one as they tend to be a bit expensive. This one was not, and it is the best lamp ever. I am learning to paint the room I paint in is dark. I put this lamp on my painting desk and it is so easy to maneuver in any direction I want. I also like the softness of the light. No eye strain. The touch adjustment for more or less light and on/off is perfect. Highly recommend

I had an old task craft light from Ott Lite from 20 years ago I had used off and on that finally was getting uncomfortably hot and I decided it was time to replace it but I was only interested in a lamp from the same company. I wanted a different style thought, one that would lean out over a project since I was about to start a paint by numbers kit (they are NOT what I remember from my childhood!). I saw this and hoped it would do the trick. I’m not good at picturing sizes or brightness so when this lamp came I was initially disappointed because it looked too short and I was worried that if I angled the light up a bit to cover the area that the brightest setting wouldn’t cover the whole thing. And the easily bent stem still looked short. Couldn’t be more wrong!! A little bend up and on the highest of the three settings and WOW! Everything is illuminated like Times Square. So glad I bought it and even if the bulb can’t be replaced, their bulb last so long it won’t matter if I have to replace the lamp. Fabulous find for crafters.

I am an Ottlite lover. The light it casts is wonderful in my sewing room and at my desk. I was a little disappointed in this particular lamp because is was smaller than I expected. However, I love the on/off switch and the fact that it has 3 light settings. Great product

This is a great little lamp. I love how slick it is, I love that there’s different settings from not too bright, too very bright. I like that it has a flexible neck. I love the design and I love that it comes in white. The only thing I don’t like is the color of the actual lighting itself. I got it because sometimes I need to do my make up early in the morning before the sun comes out. And the light that this gives off is not my favorite. It’s definitely not anything close to natural lighting. But it does the job. I can do my make up without waking up my husband.

Sewing masks is tiring. OttLite has made quite a difference in how many hours at a time I can comfortably be at my machine. Thanks to a brighter working area, eight hours a day of sewing is a happier prospect these days. I always have it at its brightest, and I applaud its ability to cast light sideways. What a good gift this would make for any sewist/crafter/diamond-painting-person, etc. ~ I do believe if my house were burning down and I had to save two lamps, it would be this one and the floor lamp version of it, which I keep behind my ironing board in the sewing room. I love them so much that I might enter a burning structure to remove them. Wait. That is hyperbole. But I do love them.

I absolutely love this lamp. I got it to use on my vanity because my eyesight isn’t so very sharp anymore and I need the extra brightness. This is the brightest lamp I’ve ever experienced but is not harsh at all. It sits nicely on my vanity without being too large and I can move the neck of the lamp easily. I do my makeup with this light and it always comes out perfect for daylight.

I have been lusting after an Ott light for quite some time, and I could bring myself to buy a larger floor lamp, so I compromised and bought this one. I couldn't be happier with the lamp - it's incredibly bright and the three levels of lighting are great and steadily gradual, perfect for changing spots in your house or the changing light during the day. I love the touch feature, doesn't mess up ever like those features sometimes can. The neck is incredibly flexible. I'm only sorry I waited so long to buy it.

I really like this lamp, it does not take a lot of space on my desk, and it is brighter than I expected.It has three levels of brightness, which is very handy. I've used OttLite products in the past, I know they cost a little bit more but I believe it's worth it.

This light is the perfect size for the small end table beside my sofa.I have cataracts and I find having the Ott light helps me see details in my tarot and oracle cards that I might have missed without it.
