I didn’t find any useful of these tablets! Doctor suggested to take only tablets that are 60000 UI weekly and VitD should not be taken daily.

It's hard to find Vitamin D-3 with just 400 IU's which is what I need. These soft gels are available and you get a 3 pack at a very reasonable price. I order them all the time, and they arrive very quickly after I place my order.
