Look no further, this is the heating pad you have to have!!
I was the first person to ever write a review for this heating pad. I gave it 5 stars and raved about how amazing it was. 6 weeks later, it died. I was so upset because I loved it so much! I didn't see a way to get ahold of the company so I went in and changed my review to 1 star and explained why. I checked my messages multiple times to see if they would've contacted me. I didn't see anything. So, after 6 weeks of holding onto the broken one, I finally tossed it and figured it was a loss.A few days ago, I was clicking buttons under my account and I happened to hit the "Buyer/Seller Messages" and noticed the company did reach out back when I wrote the bad review. I almost expected them to have a rude tone, but it was quite the opposite! They were so kind and apologetic. They said that they'd like to send me a replacement right away so they wanted to verify my address. I explained that I already threw it out so I no longer had the old one to send back. They said that wouldn't be necessary, they just wanted to make it right. I was so pleasantly surprised!The rule of business is, you're gonna make mistakes, things will go wrong sometimes. It's how you fix it and treat the customer when it does. And a lot of times, the person that initially had a bad experience, will become your most loyal customer of all. This company got it very right! I'm most appreciative that they didn't make it a hassle! I had actually purchased another brand after this one died. That died 3 weeks after having it. The reason I chose it was because it said "Lifetime Guarantee" all over the description. I've gone back and forth with them for days. They're giving me such a run around, I've had to make and send multiple videos of what it does, they've scolded me for cutting off the 8 inch tag that was attached, now they say I have to pay for Express shipping to send it back... I feel like, why are you treating me like I did something wrong?! You messed up, not me! This company has been a dream! I will remain a loyal customer of this's seller!

I absolutely love mine. I had to buy a 2nd one for my wife because she kept stealing mine. It’s also a favorite napping spot for the cats. It covers my back more than any other heating pad I’ve had. I love that it doesn’t require a cover. It’s so soft.

Update: Seller Stood by their product
Quit working after first use! I loved the size and feel of the heating pad but after i used it the first time it quit working and of course it was 2 weeks after the 30 day return period. I tried to contact amazon to see if they could help me and there is no number or chat or email to talk to them. What is up with that. I just threw $25 dollars out the window.Update: After posting my first review the seller reimbursed my money without any issue. Thank you... I ordered another one and so far so good. Thank you for standing by your product!!!

WASHABLE
Purchased this for my husband, related to his chronic back and neck pain. The larger size is a asset as he is 6'4" and 300 pounds. The softness of the cloth covering is nice to the skin with no irritation. An added benefit is the ability to unplug the pad from the cord for washing if needed. Since he often times falls asleep with the heating pad on at night, the 2 hour automatic shut off is another great feature.

Love the size, warms up fast but does become too hot. Doesn't help with cramps or aches to me, and not enough weight. Good for cold-nature individuals that want full body warmth. Button to easily tapped. Long cord. Can't say I hate it but doesn't help with what I purchased it for.

Company that stands behind their products!
I had previously gave a 3 star rating. The heating pad was perfect, but had stopped working. I now wished I could give a 10 star rating. Mibest contacted me and sent a replacement. I highly recommend this heating pad and this company for standing behind their products! Thanks Mibest!!

My dad is a warehouse worker and loves this!
My father lifts heavy boxed everyday and he swears by this little heating pad! He says it’s helped his back pain and he sleeps with it every night thanks to the automatic timer! So happy I could find a product to help my dad feel more comfortable at night! Def recommend and will be buying again!
