Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Raw, Unfiltered, with the Mother, 128 Ounce - Pack 2

Love this stuff. It's the quality you can expect from Bragg. So much cheaper in a jug, if you shop around. Some people mentioned the sediment not being there and they were concerned if it was the same quality and if it had the "mother" in their particular bottle. My bottle showed up with just a little bit of dark sediment in one corner as if it had been stored on an angled rack for quite awhile. It's still cloudy overall, so I'm not worried about it. This is what I use this vinegar for: I have evolved a cleansing drink I was making with ginger, turmeric, and lemon - recently adding parsley, cilantro, cucumber and Bragg ACV. Last night I upped the game some more as there was a banana that needed to be used, and just like the rest of the ingredients, I diced it up into small pieces, skin and all and let it all simmer for 3 hours, adding one cup (8 TBSP) ACV after it cooled and adding enough water to make 2 quarts (8 cups). I found a good value for a combo of 1lb each of ginger and turmeric here Fresh Organic Ginger & Organic Turmeric Roots combo 1lb Each (which lasts quite awhile and I can use it for other recipes and simple teas) and the quality so far has been fresher than anything I've found in the supermarket and it's an excellent value. You can look up all the benefits and nutrients of each ingredient, including the ACV, to see why I am adding all of those things to this drink. For only 8 glasses it starts to get expensive, but the small batches mean it is consumed within a few days and the life is still in it (if you believe in the power of such things). Buying the big ginger turmeric combo and this big jug instead of a bottle that only provides for 2 batches helps keep the cost down.

By putting less than and inch into a 8 oz glass of water and drinking it at night it has helped me now only with not having to take my Prescription Medicine for Gastritis. I bought this apple cider vinegar to use as a dietary aid to assist me in losing weight and controlling my cravings. I have been using it for a week and a half and have been blown away by the results. I have dropped inches in my waistline and my stomach is flattening. I can now look down and see my toes, feet and ankles without leaning forward. I drink the apple cider vinegar three times a day with a mixture of two tablespoons in a 10 oz glass of water, 1 table spoon of pure lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of cayenne pepper. You can sweeten it with organic raw honey if you like. I use one table spoon of raw honey if I want to make a tea of it. I was so excited of the results I called my granddaughter and told her she had to try it because it works,. If granny can get these results at my age , I can only imagine what results she will have with her young body. She is now on the Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar journey with me and we can't wait to share our success when she calls daily. The taste is tart for those who like sweetness, but there are many different recipes you can try until you find one that works for you. You will lose weight, just drink it on a empty stomach 30 minutes before each meal. I find if I let it sit for 20 min before drinking it, it taste better.
