Replaced wheels on suit case. These wheels are smooth and have lasted through two flights so far. Hardest part was taking out the old wheels. Will buy again if needed for other luggage.

The hardest bit about replacing the broken wheels on any wheelie bag is removing the wheels.As long as youhave done the measurements correctly, these wheels fit like a glove.Super easy to install. No issues at all for me.Note: The bearings are slightly on the noisy side for me. The wheel itself is good quality.

In my case, rivets were used from the inside to install the rod on which the old broken wheels attached to. Ended up having to carefully dremel the head off of the outside end of the rod without doing too much damage to the hard plastic mold. After that, I was able to remove the wheel rod from the inside.Also keep in mind there are two sets or pairs of new rods which have a screw in cap style to them, which is good. Unfortunately in my case the shorter of the pair was used for the installation of the 1st wheel, but failed to pay attention for the 2nd wheel and installed the longer rod which was about a quarter inch longer and does stick out. I may change it out later as it doesn't stick out noticeably but it isn't snug like the 1st. My lack of focus did not aid to a negative or positive review and kudos to them for adding 2 hex screws for the kit.It's a solid build and construction wheel and can't comment to the durability of it. Have yet to travel so time will tell.

The wheels on my leather wheeled briefcase / laptop case suddenly started peeling off in layers, so I needed new wheels or a new case. I decided to check out wheels first since my case is still otherwise in good shape. These wheels are just a tad smaller than the ones I had previously, but are a close enough match. Once installed they work great. I hope they last a long time.I was expecting them to look and feel more like roller skate wheels, but I would consider the actual roller skate wheels I have seen of higher quality.The ease of installation depends on your case design and how easy it is to access what you need. I had to work hard at taking out the wheel assemblies on my case. I found there are three screws on each side that hold them in. The challenge was finding a Phillips screwdriver the right size to get it into where the screws are. Once they were out, I had to use a drill to take off the old wheels which were not designed to remove. Once I got the old wheels off the new ones were installed easily onto the assembly. Then it was only an issue of screwing the assemblies back onto the case. Should I ever have to replace these wheels (hopefully not anytime soon) these will be easy to remove and replace.The price was reasonable, especially if the alternative is buying a whole new case.

These wheels worked out fantastic on my Samsonite luggage set. The rubber on wheels were cracking and falling apart. This is an old set I have owned for years that are in excellent shape. They are sturdy and heavy duty nothing compared to the new luggage offered today. I’m glad I was able to fix this set and get many more years of traveling service. It was a 6-7 on a scale of 10 for difficulty, but well worth the time.

It is a huge hassle trying to find the right wheels to replace the old wore out wheels. I went these wheels and they fit extremely well. Once installed they roll very smoothly and easy.

I purchased two of these wheels in 2022 and both bearings on one wheel already gave out. The other is making noise and is expected to fail shortly. Trying to source rollerblade wheels this time as these cheap wheels do not last long.

I bought these to replace broken wheels on a weightlifting bench. Although not what these were made for, they worked really well for that application. My gym members and I roll this bench around a 2400 sq ft facility and they work great on the rubber flooring. I even got to use the hardware that came with them.
