This is quite expensive considering that you need to spray and mop it. I recommend using a wet mop (even though they say you don’t need to rinse). Maybe the effect won’t be as dramatic but we found it didn’t have any smell. Also protect your hands, it tends to burn a bit. Otherwise, this has been a miracle cleaner for our coretec luxury vinyl floors. They were getting dirty and dull. Just one cleaning (with wet mop) and the difference was significant. The second cleaning still took out so much black gunk. The floor now looks almost similar to new and I am hopeful in a few cleans it will be similar to when we first installed them. The price is on the steep side. But worth it for the dramatic results

We got new Coretec flooring in our new house in 2019. All rooms were finished in 2019 except one room and hall that we did in 2021. I've been using Encore all these years and love it. It just looks so clean after it dries I just feel so good after cleaning my floors. Weird I know but it's true. It is slightly sticky when it's still wet, but once it fully dries (which doesn't take too long) it is not sticky at all. Not ever. I do clean the floor with the grain, not sure if that matters but it looks and feels great afterwards. I did call them because sometimes my cats run across this while it's still wet and they state that it is safe, so hopefully it is. I'm sure you still wouldn't want them to get to it and lick the bottle, but they do lick their paws so I always keep that in mind what they step in.I will say that how this is packaged does depend on the seller, so be sure to pay attention to that and keep with the same one. I don't know if I'm allowed to say which one I use or not so if you don't like how one is packaged be sure to pick a different seller next time. The one I buy from is always fully sealed in a good plastic wrap and I appreciate that immensely. Avoids tampering and spills.

Excellent floor care. My floors never looked better. Just follow the directions on the label and you'll get a streak free clean.

Prior was using a different cleaner that left floor dull then I switched to this product which was recommended for my flooring and the results were instant plus my floor looks cleaner and the shine was still visible a week later. It also protects my flooring
