Missing bristle, used only onetime, bristle falling off! Not good, is this the real Aveda Wooden Paddle Hair Brush?

This brush is the perfect size for traveling, or even just throwing in your bag because it's so light and compact. I've bought two now- one for myself, and one for my husband so that he'll leave mine alone. I recently returned from a month long trip, and this was the only brush I took, and I couldn't be more pleased. It works well at detangling and smoothing my fairly long hair. It's lightweight and easy to clean. Something I always look out for is that the little bumps at the end of the bristles are secure (when the bumps come off a brush can damage your hair), and so far, this one has been great, as they're all intact. I love this one so much that I bought the full sized version to keep at home.

Great brush, really comfortable

Someone gifted the same brush to my mom, and I used it when I visited her. Because I loved it so much, I bought it for myself. I use it every day. Great quality.
