This cane is actually amazing. I originally got it because it looked cool for my plague doctor costume, but it’s actually been a huge help with general mobility. I’ve got some nasty knee problems and never really thought of using a cane to help with that, but since I’ve gotten this cane, it’s actually helped me quite a bit when getting around. It just happens to be the perfect size for me. My only issue was that it would constantly get loose where the two cane half’s would screw together, but I just super glued it, and that fixed the issue. It’s a really sturdy cane and everyone who sees me using it thinks it’s really cool

I used this as my primary prop with my plague doctor costume for a Halloween costume party I went to back in October, it worked great but whenever I flung it up in the air for tricks I landed it a little to hard and the metal piece broke off, thankfully I was able to unscrew it and make it a very tiny cane but it's best to ONLY USE AS A PROP BUT DON'T PLAY WITH IT. You can swing it around and such but don't try to do tricks or anything unless you are not going to have a single possibility of it dropping on the ground. The cane looks amazing as is.

Very tall and it’s metal so hard to cut to size, but it’s absolutely beautiful. I adore vultures (that is NOT an eagle, that’s a turkey vulture lol) with my entire soul and I was looking for a cane to help when my chronic pain gets to bad so of course I fell in love when I found this. It’s a little unstable at the middle screw, but that’s easily fixed with the right glue! I think this would also make a beautiful decoration or costume accessory as well!

Ok I wasn't sure when I ordered, but yea, I liek this a lot. It's heavy, but not TOO heavy. It's about the weight I was thinking it would be. The black parts are plastic, which reduces the weight so that helps a lot. They say it's not for actually leaning on or anything, and I would say that's true. It might break if you do. The head is very heavy, so it kept coming unscrewed, but I have JB Weld 5 minute Epoxy, so I just used that because I never plan to take the head off of it. That worked perfectly and now that problem isn't a thing. I really like this. It's the best one I've found for a plague dr costume.

The cane is surprisingly sturdy and stunning in person. I have received multiple compliments on it and you wouldn't expect that it came from Amazon in person, though the only complaint I'd have are the eyes were exactly places straight/properly but you can't really tell unless your looking closely. It's great for walking and could even be used to defend yourself if need be, I also use it to hook in things on the top shelf lol the hooked beak has many uses while also being very comfortable in your hand - it also works great with my Halloween costume during the holidays

How to Solidify This Cane - I Love This Cane.. Although it comes unfinished in my Eyes.. I Purchase Brass rods thin enough to put 4 or 5 in the shaft from the Eagle Head Down.. I left 2 to 3 inches of rod exposed for the Head attachment later on.. I then Purchased Steal Epoxy (A two part Epoxy) and welded the center together. Leaving the Head off, I poured Cement down the shaft slowly using a Funnel. (A more watery consistency then normal) Once it reached the top, I Epoxyed the Head on for its final tightening. I filled the head with Expoxy and stuck the exposed Rods within and screwed it on.. epoxy the threads - Cleaned it up. I let it sit for 2 days. Done. This thing is as Solid as a Single piece of steal. Nice and Heavy - makes for a very reliable self defense tool..

Sometimes you find the gem that exceeds expectations, this is one of those items. It's not often you get something this nice from China, esp something costume related. The cane comes in three pieces that screw together. The whole cane is metal. It feels like aluminum or light grade steel, and seems to be pretty sturdy. The finish is simple but nicely done. It is hollow but not suited for a "sword cane" as it's pretty narrow and the screw together nature. It has a removable rubber foot allowing it to be used as an actual cane, or removed for costume purposes. I definitely recommend it!
