Dayton 1TDT8 Blower, 797/549 CFM, 115V, 3.30/2.20 Amp

Bought this to replace a blower on my 12 year old Englander wood burner. Blower arrived 2 days ahead of schedule and aligned perfectly to the original blower mounting holes. Had it installed in 20 minutes and works great.

Will not work with 24x24x11” filterI built my own laminar flow box. Installed everything and had massive air dead zones on the filter. Took it all apart and siliconed the daylights out of everything. Same issue. The center 8 inches has 0fps. The outside picture frame of the box has 200-300fps. Which is great.... but not laminar. With my experience. This is a not sufficient for this filter. Which is a shame.The blower is great. Just upset that I was recommended to get these two together.

Just built an air purifier for my garage shop. Plywood cabinet lined with carpet remnants. On low, I am measuring about 68 db noise level, don't hear the motor at all, mainly air flow noise, which is very acceptable for me.

The shipping box was in perfect condition. The motor's cage was bent and the shaft is horribly off center/bent. I still used the product, it vibrates horribly as you would imagine, and it still pushes enough air I guess. Would never purchase again from the same company. They were less than helpful back then trying to blame the shipping company which was b.s.Side note: The filter that was paired as buy together was received used (partially removed glue from someone mounting in a box and bent media separation fins) not sure if it was the same company but wanted to add that since it is always paired with this fan to this day in 2022. The filter seller was also less than helpful...same situation perfect shipping box. Might be a better choice to buy a FFU. Since I noticed others had similar reviews and I didn't see one from me I figured I should chime in to help other customers.

Love this blower. I used it on a wood stove that heats my pole barn. Previously I had a very small blower that barely moved any air. After deciding to add duct work, I picked out this blower and have not been disappointed. I haven’t needed to run it on high yet, but the 2 speed switch I bought for it makes it super easy to operate.

This came in great condition! Wired it up to my laminar flow hood and it worked like a dream. Now let’s see how long it last. ;)Customer service is also good!
