Faulty delivery
I would have given 5 stars but the product was not delivered as expected. I ahd ordered 2 bottles of the cleanser and I received only 1 bottle. I had purchased the cleanser for gifting to someone and I had to purchase something else at last minute because I only received 1 bottle. Thankfully the customer service was understanding and heard my problem. They've said that I will shortly receive my refund as I'd paid in advance. The cleanser in itself is amazing. Really cleans the skin deeply by remember to use a moisturiser after using this cleanser as this will make your skin a bit dry. I have used this in winter month so this is my experience. I am not sure about the results of using this product in a different weather.
