Will this comfortably seat a 200lb. adult?

I weigh 175 and the seat is comfortable for extended time that I have used it.

Why didn't it come with the pipe to connect the seat to the tripod?

I am not sure what pipe your are speaking of, my seat came with everything needed to put it together. I would contact the seller. It works great!
