Chose to purchase for kitchen backsplash after receiving sample
After much research and the purchase of an abundance of samples trying to make a decision for a kitchen backsplash, we decided on purchasing 40 of these. After reading the questions and reviews, we know we made the right decision. Many of the reviews compliment the vendor as well, which is one of our main reasons for our purchase. PLEASE NOTE: when you order these in bulk only 30 can be purchased per order. You just have to place additional orders to equal what you need. For example, we needed 40. So we submitted an order for 30, then in a separate order we purchased 10. The order was shipped the next day and is expected to arrive in one week. May have received it sooner, but it is a holiday weekend. In preparing for receiving and installing the stone, I copied the following notes from the reviews (these are comments from the reviews, not my experience):Gaps between sheets--May be gaps when joining the sheets. Found a caulk at a local home improvment store in the grout section that matched the color of the stone. This made perfect looking edges while allowing room to install the sheets.Cutting--used a Dremel drill with heavy duty cutoff wheels or a pair of Stanleys small end cutting pliers to trim the tiles down.Outlet covers--we replaced outlet covers with slightly thicker fake stone covers that you can get at any home improvement store.Sealer--decided I liked the color of it when it was wet , so I used stone sealer that says it seals and enhances. Any stone sealer will protect it. I used a paint brush to be sure to cover well. Can use a color enhancing sealer if necessaryFinishing pieces--used a pencil round travertine piece to cap the exposed edges. Chose the 3/4 inch pencil edge. The edge finishes off the backsplash perfectly.Layout--helps to lay out the stone in advance to make sure that you can get the interlocked edges together. It also helps so that you can place the more interesting stones where they can be seen.Installing--It was easier to install six rows (half a sheet) at time instead of the full sheet.Enhancing the texture--put dimmable puck lights under my cabinets and it really highlights the texture and beauty.

Beautiful an inexpensive
We bought this tile to remodel our fireplace. I was worried it would have a 'cheap' look as this tile is one of the cheapest I've found. I was pleasantly surprised how elegant and natural the tiles look. Our new fireplace looks great!

Beautifull tile with a major flaw.
The best thing was the packaging. The tiles were foamed all around. The Cons:-The biggest problem for me (as another customer already mentioned ) if you cut these with a wet saw or get them wet the glue dissolves in seconds and the tiles fall off the mat...! Seriously... school glue..?!? I have no other explanation!-It is worrisome also that when installed the bond will be between the thinset and the glue. So, consider this if you install them in a shower.-Some tiles had few to several misaligned pieces. The Pros:With all that said the product(the actual stone) is of good quality, looks good and the price is right. The picture(a phone I guess) does not do justice... And for a product of this type it's the picture that sells it.

Beautiful Tiles!
We wanted to update and lighten up a dark gas fireplace. This stone worked out perfectly, we think it turned out beautifully. The colors in the tile have different shades of cream and tan, just what we were looking for, good neutral colors. The tiles arrived very quickly, well packaged. We didn’t cut the stone with a wet saw, we used a little Dremel 3 inch Saw Max with a masonry blade, it cut easily through the stone with no issues. We used heavy duty construction adhesive from Gorilla Glue to secure the tiles. This adhesive was recommended by our local home improvement store, since the fireplace is more decorative than functional. We don’t use it often, if at all. Very happy with this product!
