This Sensor goes at top of rear differential.  Takes about 5 minutes to install.  One bolt and a plug in wire connector.  My ABS light came on so I replaced all three ABS sensors.  This one (the rear) is the easiest.  The two front ones are more work because you have to remove the brake rotors.  I only use Motorcraft parts because I learned over the years you can do it once or you can buy a cheaper part and do it twice or three times.
