I have used and purchased several Keurig machines and never really been sold on them. The coffee just does not taste great to me. It is convenient, and if you live or work with others who have different tastes and preferences, the system is efficient. We purchased a Duo machine from a big box store on sale last Christmas, and I have a basic K-cup at work that a colleague gave me when he won a new one. THIS MODEL is by far THE BEST! No comparison, really, the engineering of the lever system is smooth as zamboni'd ice. The temp control seems to heat the water just right. The ability to vary the strength by size of cup and "strong brew" feature is perfect for me and my wife. Our reconditioned has worked fine so far. If you care about the taste of your coffee, invest the money is a more expensive machine. Or waste your money "saving" on the cheap ones.

I ordered this kurig to replace an older one. I love how easy it is to program and the coffee tastes great. I have it set to 187 degrees like Alton brown suggests, lol. My only real issue is it doesn't come with a k-cup for your grounds. Doesn't seem like a big deal but after going to Walmart and seeing a brand new one for the same price that does in fact come with a k-cup almost makes me want to return this one on principle.

I bought this because I needed a new keurig and I liked that it had iced coffee as a option on this one. I was expecting it to brew cold but it doesn’t. It brews hot still but just less coffee because the ice takes up most of the cup. It works great and nothing is wrong with it is why I gave it the five stars. If you are only buying for that feature then you could probably just buy the normal one and make a small cup of coffee to get less in the cup. It also has a option to brew stronger which my guests love, it just depends on what you want. MyNext one will be a the older cheaper model for my personal preferences. It does work wonderful though.

People are far too negative. This is an outstanding unit at an outstanding price. It's true that it doesn't have instructions. Cry me a river! It's right here available in this Amazon listing. You're saving a ton! For me, I'm smiling all the way home with this higher end model at a very cheap price.

First off I got burned on not catching this was a "refurbished" unit, everything works but still for the price I didn't save a whole lot. I'm one for STRONG coffee and seeing this one had a "strong" setting I was hoping it would be where I like it. I have to say it's a little stronger but still needs more for my liking. I know, they are pods and it's all your going to fit inside those little things. But all in all maker works as described.

Bought this for my parents who have been dealing with an old keurig and its issues for 2 years. I got tired of visiting and watching my dad fight with the machine for a literal hour each morning to get a single cup of coffee. This one is a newer, sleeker model, and works just like it was brand new even though it was refurbished. It works as it should each and every time,...And my dad's smile each morning says it all. He now has enough time to read the paper and have a second cup.

The product is great and the customer service is very good. The Keurig arrived quickly and works great. It did not come with a filter, however when I called the company, this issue was taken care of immediately. Very good service and machine works great.

I'm from the old world where ya used a filter and made a whole pot. Wife wanted me to get this. Finally got one. Gotta say, it is easier to coffee with this than I was expecting. Less mess, no hot plate to watch out for when you have a Murphy's law kid that will inevitably try thier hand at helping daddy make coffe, without his knowledge, situation unfold. So yeah, I will have to admit (just not to wife) that this is a better option than a traditional coffee set up.

It's louder than I expected it would be. I should have read more reviews, I didn't see that it was refurbished. Which is disappointing. They really should put that in the title. It came without the filter and it also has some scratches. I filtered water through it and it works so far but I'm still disappointed because I paid a lot for this! I don't recommend.
