Cannot wait for Book 3 and Book 2 on audio!!
Addition audiobook review in 2022I really enjoyed this audiobook, the narrators do a really great job with all the voices and side characters. There are so many it can be hard for readers to keep them all in line, I can't imagine having to narrate all of them and have to keep them straight in your head. I will say I am still confused why the female narrator uses British voices when they keep reminding us she is American so that kept throwing me for a loop. Fabulous audio, almost done listening to book 3 in time for book 4 coming out hopefully this month. 5/5 recommend!Original 2018 ReviewHoly crap, CM does it again!!! I am so happy and glad she took her time to put out this book, it made it one of my favorites of hers. You can tell how much love and effort she put into it making it a fantastic sequel. This is a sequel she can absolutely be proud of and shouldn't be worried at all about our love for these characters and stories.I dont want to give anything away but daaaaaang those steamy scenes with The Alice and her guys made me thinking about a cold shower (good thing I knew not to read this book at work haha)! I loved all the twists and turns, odes to the Alice in Wonderland story, play on words, etc. It was everything I had been hoping for ❤❤❤. Definitely some heart stopping moments in this deliciously long book, but I will leave that for you to read and figure out hehe.I will however talk about some of the highlights/favorite scenes without giving away any spoilers: loved how gross and horrible the villains are in this book, especially MT; loved how Allison starting thinking and speaking nonsensical phrases (Underland and the men are finally corrupting her a bit haha); the tea party scene is ridiculous and even better than I could have ever imagined; holy moly I want to be Allison so bad with the tension and action she finally gets with some of these guys; daaaang the King is pretty BA, not gonna lie; I want to hug and never let Tee go with how he can seemingly know what Allison needs just as she thinks it; I was weirded out about the tails wrapping around her ankles before but I totally understand and like that Allison likes it; how Allison keeps garnering weapons that make her pretty BA; surprises that make some of the others in the harem jump forward and make it close to even on book boyfriend scale; and the ending....AMAZING AND FANTASTICAL is all I can do to describe it.Pick up this book now, what are you waiting for...an invitation from the King of Hearts himself??

An Awesome Continuation
I had to take away a star due to politics being brought into the story. I understand people have their own views, but I don't feel like it should be brought into a fantasy fiction. Reading fiction, especially fantasy, is a nice escape from all of of that, and bringing it in also just takes away from the immersion of the story. The book just starts immediately from the previous one with a cool and smooth entrance. The characters immediately stand out with their unique personalities. Allison, is well, Allison. Hot tempered and pretends to be cool headed, but is secretly captivated by hot guys (haha). Albeit evil ones.As the other love interests and villains are introduced, the story gets darker.I can't stand the King of Hearts, he only has a few interesting traits and his character overall just sucks. I don't feel like he's redeemable.Way more spicy scenes in this book, really nice ones too.I loved the little reveal that Rab is an anime fan. It was such a little funny and cute addition to his personality.I feel like the "secret" villains are pretty obvious, but maybe that's just me.The cliffhanger is awesome and definitely makes me want to read more!Overall, great book and one I would recommend.

story line is great
Story line is great, the chaos is fun. The only thing I don’t really like is the Trump reference. I read to escape real world drama, don’t really want it in the books I use to escape.. other than that. Good read!
