Living Wood: From Buying a Woodland to Making a Chair

An excellent book for those interested in greenwood crafts. It is a personal book by the author and made more interesting for this fact, some great drawings and details of how to make items in greenwood. It has pride of place in my bookshelf.

Very informative and well-explained book from a master craftsman. Bit too technical for me though as I'm a mere beginner, and is weighted more towards chair making than anything else.

This book is one of the best I've bought about wood and woodlands. My husband loves this book and is already out there in his shed making something - fabulous. If you love working with wood and being in the woodland buy this book.

Great read. Covers the facts really well, but also works in enough stories and musings to make a really good read in its own right, even if you're not into wood work,If you think you might find it interesting - you will.
