A Staple!
I didn’t expect these to be so small! I like that it's very easy to swallow, barely taste anything. This is my third/fourth bottle, and I'm recommending this to my family as well. This is an essential for both my mom's and my daily supplements (I'm in my sibling and I in the 20s and mom in mid 50s).

It Works!
I've tried several OPC products in the past to relieve pain and tiredness in my right lower leg, where I've had varicose veins since my 20's. I am happy to report that this is one which works! Wish I'd known about OPCs years ago.I've read that in the early stages of varicose veins, OPCs can actually reverse them. A typical therapeutic dose is around 400 MG. Recommend this product!

Very good quality and they have an entire line of liposomal supplements. You can combine them. I use to mix grape seed, turmeric and milk thistle for full spectrum protection.
