Nice and light protection
Fits snuggly into a baseball cap, just be warned that it'll get quite hot after a short time. But if you need some light head protection and you want to keep it discrete, then this is a very handy purchase.

Perfect for airsoft
Fits perfect in a standard cap/baseball hat, once trimmed down as described. Great for airsoft. Gets your head pretty sweaty though.

Fits well, no cutting needed for men.
Let my mate give me a right ol' knock on the head and it did its job, only bought as a protective gamble for Airsoft and as far as i can see this thing is a solid piece of equipment and could definately be used as a comfortable alternative to a helmet. Mine came Grey, didnt need cutting, and fit my head perfect even over my army green balaclava 🙃👌 if i dont update anytime soon, then this review needs no update.

Fits in xxl hats
Was worried it would fit in xxl hats does convert it to a xl hat but good protection and shape conforms to head

Brilliant insert! Would recommend!
Brilliant insert!! The outer plastic is hard enough to stop most sharp objects and reduce impact damage. This is paired with a dense foam that further reduces impact damage and helps to provide a comfortable fit. I did have to trim the insert down slightly to fit to hat I had but the recessed line in the plastic made cutting a fairly simple job with common household scissors. Would definitely recommend!

It fitted my everyday cap without cutting.
This item was good value for money. It fitted comfortably inside my cap perfectly without any adjustment , it does not change the appearance of my cap in any way. Perfect for my needs.

It was a little more flimsy and a little too large for standard cap (literally by like 1mm or something in both thickness and size) not bad though

No More TEARS
brought to add a little protection to my head whilst playing airsoft in a baseball cap. product is so good, I now have 3 of them and have brought a 4th to give to my daughter so she can play without her fast helmet on. Amazing product, saves alot of pain for only a few quid
