I love this oil. It's a true staple in our house. We use it for cleaning, which gives a beautiful fragrance thru the house while also killing germs. We use it to prevent sickness from passing one to the other. My 2 year old is in preschool, a petriedish for germs, and is constantly sick with colds, flus or just sniffles. The second he starts to sniffle or sneeze, I put On Guard on my wrists, temples and balls of my feet and I never catch it. I do the same with my husband and 8 year old son who shares a room with my littlelest guy. It’s a great way to prevent sickness from continuously passing between one family member to another. I highly recommend this oil. As far as purchasing from Amazon, I have no complaints! It comes bubble wrapped so that nothing could possibly happen to it. The seal is brand new, never broken and the oil is the same consistency, fragrance and strength as the same oil I would purchase from the doTerra site. LOVE that I can it within 2 days with Prime and not pay $20 for 2 day shipping.

I’ve used doTerra On Guard for nearly 10 years and have few if any colds - until I gave my, father of my grandchildren, my last bottle. When I ran out, I’d forgotten I’d given it to him and knew it’d turn up. It didn’t. Then I got a cold … needed a bottle quickly. This was the best cost/delivery date I found. It arrived early.. a few drops daily and voila, no cold!

First of all, clove oil is an antimicrobial & antifungal agent which explains why so many reviewers say it works. Its not just for sore throats!!There is nothing to dislike about this product. It's a miracle in a bottle if you are plaqued w/ toe nail fungus. As an RN I used to wear thick supportive hose every shift to prevent varicose veins but instead developed ugly thick nails from lack of circulation of air to my toes. It started when I was 30 yrs old...31 yrs ago. I tried EVERYTHING! My Dr told me the nails were so thick & brittle that my only option was to have my nails removed. Then when I went to a spa in Hawaii & had a pedicure, the owner gave me a bottle of this little miracle which worked! I have NO fungus in my great left toe & all other toes are near normal after using only 1 bottle! I would dab the product around the entire cuticle every a.m. ( keep at your bedside table so you'll develop a habit of using it 1st thing every a.m.) I also dropped a couple drops so it dribbled down into the tops of my toes. I was truly surprised bc I tried all known homeopathic & Rx solutions with NO improvement. My big & second nail on left foot look normal & all other toes look improved after using only one little bottle but I used it religiously. I just ordered two more bottles from Amazon ( OMG gotta love Amazon for all the products they sell right???) I found a 'special' for less $$ if you buy 2 bottles so I did.For the record, I am NOT a 'professional' reviewer, I did NOT receive anything for this review & am personally sick of people who glow about products they write reviews for.They all need a hobby & stop w/ their stupid reviews. I used to rely on reviews for items purchased & would be so disappointed when the items were crap. All I can say is NOTHING I've ever tried for this darned, stubborn nail fungus worked EXCEPT this product.I really hope if you try this for toe nail fungus that it'll work for you totoo bc there's really no other options available. The Rx taken by mouth for this fungus is hard on the liver so try this before you go the RX route!! Don't let the small bottle fool you!!! You need only about 3 or 4 drops per big toe then 2 or 3 dtops for your smaller toes. There was enough in that bottle to get all of my toes to near normal & am no longer embarrassed to get pedicures.

My almost 2yr old daughter seems to have caught a cold every 6-8 weeks since she was born. They linger forever, and make her so miserable...as a result her sleep is disrupted, and my sleep is disrupted and everyone just ends up tired and miserable as her cold lingers on.I started using DoTERRA On Guard 10 months ago, at the recommendation of a friend who sells it.I rub it into the soles of my daughters feet, and my husband, myself and my older son swallow it in an empty veggie capsule.My husband and I haven't been hit with a full on cold AT ALL during those 10 months (including an out of country trip, on a germ breeding airplane in the middle of winter). We start taking it at the first sign of a cold, and usually within 2-3 days at most, all symptoms are gone, and the cold never fully impacts us. My daughter still gets sick sometimes, but with consistent use of the onguard on her feet, the duration of her colds seem MUCH shorter. Usually no more than a few days and she's herself again. A definitely improvement from the colds that used to linger for 10 days to 2 weeks.I've recently bought the Aroma Ace diffuser to use with the on guard this coming winter season, and I am excited to see how that helps to keep the germs in our home at bay. I will diffuse the on guard in my childrens room every night for a few hours while they sleep.It smells fairly strong of citrus and cloves, but you do eventually get used to the smell. I don't recommend taking it internally without a capsule as the taste is very strong and burns your mouth.This product to me is worth the price. It is expensive, but given the results we've had, and the minimal stress that we now experience when someone is sick, it is worth every cent.

I still had another bottle so it took me some time before I opened this one. But when i did the bottle was empty. It was never opened and the seal was in tact. I’m very disappointed because this oil is super expensive and now i yave to buy another one. I’m going to try Edens Garden’s Guardian. Its $10 dollars cheaper and I’m hoping it has the content lolThis is my lesson to open the items immediately to ensure the contents.

Doterra has the best essential oils. I used this to help me throat and increase my inmune system.
