If you are a size A these will work for you. If you are over a B don't bother. I'm 5'9 130-135 C and these are barely a blip on my frame lol. Oh well.

I bought these to help fill out my wedding dress, They worked great!! They dont seem to be super great quality, so I'm unsure how many uses I will get (though I dont plan to wear them every day). They were inexpensive, so overall I am very pleased.

I returned these because they did nothing in a swimsuit. I wear a 36DDD and they didn't help lift at all. They seem like they would possibly work for a smaller size
