I need to get more iron in my diet and was researching foods that could help and came upon dried apricots. I have had the traditional national brands from the regular grocery store, but those were chewy, boring and dense. These apricots from Sunny Fruit are flavorful, soft and have such a nice texture! Love them.

This product is organic, soft and sweet with natural dark coloring. If you like these attributes, this apricot is for you. In my opinion, it's too moist and sweet. Not firm, looks "wet" and does not have an apricot taste, just sugar like sweetness.

I love dried apricots and these are much better than those I have bought in grocery stores. Quite large, soft, moist and flavorful. Perhaps a little more expensive than other brands, but well worth it.

So it says it’s able to return till February 8, but then it says not eligible for return. But it is moldy and gross. Do not do not do not buy it. I took a bite out of one and realized I was eating mold. I’m only giving it one star because it’s impossible to give it no stars and still make the point.

I used to buy unsulfured apricots at Trader Joes for years, however, as they often do, they dropped the sulfured version and I won't eat apricots that are processed with sulfur because adding sulfur dioxide to prevent discoloration is not necessary and can be dangerous to someone who might be sensitive to it.I am thrilled to have taken a chance on these only to find that they are PERFECT! Soft, flavorful, and healthier. I highly recommend this brand. They will be my go-to snack and recipe favorite for as long as they are available.Thank you SUNNY FRUIT!!!

Other brands' apricots are a mixed bag - literally - in terms of softness with some pieces perfectly chewy and others leather-tough. These Sunny Fruits ones, thus far, are all wonderfully soft with some bordering on mushy and overripe. They absolutely are great in that regard.The ingredients on the bag list apricots and water, the latter not something I usually see in the ingredients of dried fruit. Given the mushy-ness of some pieces I wonder if Sunny Fruits achieves their texture by soaking the fruit in water, which might explain the mushy ones.However as compared to others brands the flavor of these apricots is weak. They are by no means bland in an objective sense but in comparison to other brands they certainly are. You don't get that wonderfully honeyed sweetness you've come to love from organic dried apricots.Overall I won't buy this brand again. I don't mind risking some harder or less-moist pieces of fruit in exchange for better flavor.
