I didn't fully read the description and was expecting a china Banneton. At first I thought it was plastic and I was so disappointed, but on closer inspection I discovered the bowl was rattan! It was a surprise, but in a good way. I adore this little bowl which is why I've given it 5 stars.  It was also delivered quickly.
