Frankly, I was prepared to be disappointed
I have a six year old. I try tapping myself off and on and he has NEVER been interested. He was sad when I said I was going to read this because I wouldn't read another chapter in his favorite book of the moment (The Adventures of Zelda the Pug). By the end he was tapping himself in the places he could see the wizard did and immediately wanted to try it. I skipped the last two pages because they didn't add much so we could get to the diagram for him to see where we tap. I asked him to come up with what he wanted to say and he did immediately. And he said he felt better afterward. Great book! so happy I got it (even happier it was free). the pictures are a little hokey but they do convey feelings of the people mentioned in the book so that was good.Thank you to the author that I was finally able to help my son incorporate something in his life that I think can have long lasting positive benefits.

Yuckies be gone! The Wizard's Wish will show you how. Loved it!
Every child should own this little, yet magically mighty book. We all have the magic within us to rid ourselves of the yuckies that overwhelm us. The Wizard's Wish teaches the child within us how to tap into our magic for ourselves. It even includes a treasure map that shows you where to tap. I highly recommend this brilliant book for children of all ages. Buy it now & read it. The wonderful illustrations will also make you smile. After you've read it, go check out Brad Yates on YouTube. He is the real Wizard of AHS, and he teaches you tap by tap how to relieve the yuckies that ail you. God Bless You, Brad Yates for all the pearls of wisdom, and for touching us with your Wizard's EFT Magic Wand of relief! Bless you indeed! With Love, Gratitude & Blessings. Namaste'.

EXCELLENT BOOK ON BASIC EFT (TAPPING) FOR ALL AGES :) A+ Brad Yates!
As a hypnotist I use tapping in my practice. It is an effective and powerful complimentary therapy. I wanted to teach it to my kids ages 8 and 9, so I was looking for a children's book on EFT, hoping that it would make teaching it to them simple. Both kids LOVED this book, and practice tapping daily now :) They've read it several times and don't get bored with the story.I recommend this book to someone who wants to learn the basics of tapping, without the boring scientific language. If you understand the basics of tapping and why it works, and just want to learn to practice/use it on your own without reading a thick/boring manual, this book is for you, regardless of your age!

Everyday Magic
Brad Yates has created the book "The Wizard's Wish" for the perfect age groups. Teaching children the tools for a happy, healthy life early on leads to success in all areas. For example, we teach our children to brush their teeth so they will keep their teeth healthy. Developing habits early is the key. Taking care of our emotional health is no different, except it really hasn't been addressed in a way that gives the child the "power" or magic, so to speak. EFT is a tool that can help children deal with day to day struggles, but it is also a tool that can be used to pave the way for a great day. Picture children starting their day with a short tapping session which empowers them. Brad's book is a great way to get children interested in the power of EFT. Brad, I believe your book will change the world...one child at a time. Thank you. Terri Hunter Ward, author of "One Starry Night" and "Aunt Tami's Strawberry Farm".

Fun and entertaining and wonderful for relieving stress and upset.
This book is a delight.I discovered EFT (tapping) for myself through the author, Brad Yates', Youtube videos (about 650+ of them to date!).Back then my children were 11, and 8 year old twins - too old for this book? No way. They loved the humor, the whimsical illustrations (also by Brad) and the whole concept of being able to use your fingers just like magic wands to calm yourself down. Even now, as teenagers, they have the tapping habit, which makes exam nerves, everyday stresses and concerns, so much more manageable.I highly recommend buying this book, for yourself or for any 'littlies' in your life. You'll be doing yourselves a huge favor.

Great story and resource for dealing with emotions.
If you know anything about tapping you will be in awe of the author's brilliance and creativity in presenting such a powerful tool in an amazing story. This book is a great resource for teaching children how to use tapping to transform those uncomfortable emotions. The story keeps your attention and really draws you into using the magic of tapping. The illustrations for the points are great. It truly is a great resource for children (and adults) to find and use the magic within. I wish I had the book when I was teaching children tapping when I first learned tapping years ago. Bonnie Snyder, Ed.S., CPC, DCEP

Wonderful book- highly recommend it!
This is a great book for children. You and your child will enjoy the story, but it is more than just a book. The story teaches children how to calm themselves down by tapping on certain spots on their face and body while talking about an emotion. It may sound strange but this technique, often referred to as "emotional freedom technique" or "EFT", is proven scientifically to work. Learning to do this is a gift for both adults and children. It works very quickly, in a matter of minutes, to feel better. It might seem "weird" if you have never heard of this before, but it works, and the science behind it is interesting.
