Excellent product
Cooling is amazing...it cools 190ft room on third floor in just half an hour..... but a.c installer are poor.. they left their work.. also costly from local service providers.. overall product of carrier are always great... cooling is awsum...

USELESS VERY BAD QUALITY PTODUCT
Within 3 months of installing the AC the cooling failed and imagine the cooling coil was so bad that it had to be changed. Though under warranty.Then as soon as the warranty got over in April 23 cooling failed again and heavy repairs were needed ( on the new coil which was replaced by the manufacture).Now in June 23 the cooling failed again and the coil again needs to be replaced.This proves the extremely bad quality of the AC . Original coil needed replacement within 3 months of installation and this New coil again needed replacement within one year.I am entitled to a replacement of the full AC.Would suggest no one to buy this brand

Great Product from Carrier
Very nice product though price is on little higher side but when you will use it this slightly higher amount will not pinch as its performance is really good.

want to replace this ac as there is very heavy noise while we start on the ac
Not satisfied with the performance of the ac. There is a very heavy noise once we start the ac. We have complained to the customer care of the Carrier Aircon 4-5 time during past 15 days bu no solution has come out till now.Request you to please look into it and replace the ac - for which we shall be thankful to you indeed.
