If you are beginner you must go on
The rod is very thin....if you lifted heavy loaded plats the rod is bend....20-30 kg weight easily carry on this rod

You can opt for this product. You won't regret it.
The locks shown and the locks provided are different altogether.But, the locks fit good so I'm okay with it. Screw type locks have been provided which are actually better. The rod is good. It's great for beginners. So I'll recommend it. Thumbs up.

Weightlifting bar
The product is a good one for beginner weightlifters. I would have liked a more thicker weight bar. The present one which I purchased feels thin while holding and the weight plates are rotating around it. This measures around 18 mm, but it would feel better to hold a bar which is about 25 mm or more in thickness.

screw locks provided instead of clip locks
I have ordered this item. But after delivery i found that no clip locks are provided as in the order. Instead 2 screw locks are provided. So please update this properly.

Bit thin and short than usual Olympic rod but works fine, no problem on 30kg benchpress
