Do they do the job for you?
I bought these to use with my Jetboil (imagine that!) Sol for Scout camping and backpacking. I already had a Light My Fire spork but it was too short to get into the deeper Jetboil or reach into the deeper dehydrated backpacking food bags. These very easily do both. While researching items to buy for backpacking I wanted two characteristics: lightweight and compact. Yes, these are light weight. At 1.3 oz for all three that is what I consider light. Compact? Yes, for a spoon and fork that reaches the very bottom of a Mountain House or Backpackers pantry bag yet can still retract to Just over 5" is fairly compact. I keep the fork and spoon tucked in the Sol's insulator utensil keeper. I don't use the spatula much (at least yet) so I keep it separate. Are they well built? I would say pretty darn good for what they are intended for. They lock in the extended position just fine and easily compact. While as some reviewers have mentioned they are a little bit flimsy, but not for what I use them for. Would I try to flip a 12oz steak? No. I am backpacking and camping light with a Jetboil. If I am car camping then I am using different gear most likely. Yes, they could be slightly stiffened up, which would add weight and/or bulk, but that might be something for them to consider at Jetboil.Overall, I do have a place for them in my gear inventory. My son is getting some very soon. And after a recent camping trip several friends have asked me to get some sets for them too for use with their jetboils.

Good car-camping tools.
It's an excellent supplement to Jet stove and car camping.

Backpacking Godsend
You just can't get cooking utensils that are lighter than these! Yes, they are not uber-durable, but that's not the purpose of them. I cooked hamburger helper and made pancakes with the set, and they held up fine. If you want something more durable, you'll have to carry something heavier or bulkier. These slide -close on the handle, making them short and easily packed. Best for backpacking.

Light as heck, but still does the job...
THE SKINNY: Great utensils for cooking, although the spatula is a little flimsy and small for any steaks above 12 oz. but it can be done. (Hey, don't judge. I like my beef on camping trips.) Other than that, these work well, resist heat, and are actually pretty durable. Also, they collapse down to be quite small so they actually fit with my eating utensils in my GSI Outdoors Bugaboo Backpacker.PROS:DurableExtremely LightweightCompactCONS:NoneBOTTOM LINE: I would recommend this to hikers

Cheap and Flimsy but they work and are easy to clean.
Not much else to say. I have been very pleased with the quality of my other jetboil products and was a little surprised by the lack there of with this 3 piece kit. The spatula and fork bend with more than an ounce or so of material on them. They don't inspire confidence around a hot stove or hot liquid. They do fold down/break down relatively easily, and they are light. They make a fine, emergency backup set for that purpose.

Sturdy and surprisingly useful.
Despite other complaints I've seen, I found these to be very sturdy. I used them to eat from tall freeze dried meal bags and was able to keep my knuckles from being covered with food. They are very light weight and compact, and they can be separated into two pieces for easy cleaning. Before owning these, I didn't carry any kind of spatula and honestly, I didn't feel that I needed one. Now, after bringing the spatula/strainer/scrapper with me on a 5 day trip in the Bitterroot Mountains, I'm not sure what I ever did without them.

Great for ADV motorcycling.
Great little set of utensils for camping. Fits inside the Jetboil 1.5L pot, making a compact, useful dinner setup. Utensils are sturdy and easy to clean. The handles telescope when using, collapse for storage. They are made of nylon so they won't damage the non-stick surfaces of pots, etc.
