After about a month or so of using this, I started noticing my nails didn’t break or peel, unless they got really long. Love that it’s vegan, the only reason I took one star off is that they are hard to swallow. They’re large and kind of sticky, so I only take them when someone else is home in case I choke, lol.

These are a great collagen builder. My hair and nails are so much better!!

Hair growth in balding areas, crepey skin, cracking fingernails, etc. When not taking Collagen Builder all reverses. Please do not stop meking this wonderful product.

I stopped taking my bovine collagen peptides as they now upset my stomach since eating a pescatarian diet. I hoped these vegan collagen builder would replace but it’s not working for me. I learned there are marine collagen peptides and I believe this will work better for my senior skin and joints. I wish all the strict vegans/vegetarians well meeting their collagen needs. Nothing wrong with this product, just not as effective as I need.

I hate having to add powders to my daily supplements, so these are perfect. I've bought at least 10 bottles, so I can attest that my hair is growing and my skin is healthy. I do take good care of both though, there is no magic pill. I do feel these are an effective part of my routine though, plus most collagen is bovine-derived and nothing should have to suffer for the sake of beauty.
