During my recovery process, this pillow greatly helped me keep it elevated. It is comfortable and soft. I will say for ACL surgery it is highly recommended to keep your knee straight for a while, so with this pillow I mainly used it for elevation and not really resting my knee all the way on the pillow (otherwise it’d have to be bent). The only thing I don’t like about the pillow is that it doesn’t have handles!!! Handles would’ve made it a lot easier to adjust it, as well as carry it. The cover is very soft. There is room enough for both legs or just one. The gentle slope under the thighs is great and the knee bend is perfect and the lower leg and ankles rest comfortably on top. I am 5’4” and there is about 6 inches left over on the top so my feet won’t flop off. Seems like very solid foam that should hold up well.
