Highly recommend!
Really pleased with this system. Great combination of price for performance and aesthetics. Customer service was really helpful (I’ve never bought a gaming PC before) and would reliably call me back within an hour (which is impressive given that it was around the Christmas holidays). Highly recommend.

Amazing customer support; yet RAM/SSD were not as advertised
CONS: (updated as I’ve finished going over the machine and had a good call with Thermal Take)- Parts were swapped out on me. The ram they advertised was G. Skill TridentZ DDR4 3200 2x8GB 16GB (RGB). I received a thermatake rgb version very similar in speed/price. Same story for SSD but firecuda drive instead.- lots of updates out the box including bios flashing and such - i understand this pc was built a while back but the bios version i had was 2.2 which isn't even listed on the asrock x570m pro 4 site as a supported bios as of the date i received pc? ymmv. oh and flash the bios if you have 2.2 because who knows what is up with that- RGB controllers were set to default mode and therefor not configured properly. the phone call with thermal take sorted this out.PROS:- well packaged, looks great, not too loud even with all fans going- it did post/boot immediately- the price when i purchased it (~$1650 in May 2020) was only 70$ more than the components purchased separately which i see as good value for money (even if parts don't match) given the warranty. this computer has since jumped 350$ in price for me on amazon to $1999- i did get all hardware and additional modular connectors for the PSU (i saw the other review had that trouble and that wasn't the situation for me)- great phone call with LCGS manager at thermal take. glibly i don't know if good customer support is a pro. i personally wished i hadn't had to speak with anyone. but again he was an excellent help.

DOES NOT WORK
Product does NOT work. This computer does NOT come with wifi, so you'll have to download the driver onto a flash drive from another computer to install in thjs one, ive dont it before not too big of a deal. BUT this one wont work, ive tried it failed. Buddys tried and failed, multiple pc shops have tried and failed. This PC will NOT WORK. 06/03/20

Everything I need. How I wanted it.
Overview:Perfect system for what I need to do - games, maybe a little work. Runs fast, and cool out of the box with no headaches. Windows 10 (Version 1809 for me) and drivers are setup out of the box and ready to go. You can run Windows updates, but no headaches with BIOS/drivers settings(unless you create those headaches for yourself). No Bloatware.I think this is the highest quality hardware/software build I have seen come out of box that didn't have an apple on it. I work in IT and do in-home PC work on the side. I will be recommending these Thermaltake premium machines to anyone who wants a well built machine with Zero headaches. Better than anything I see from OEM's like Dell/HP/etc. - even though those companies are usually not terrible anymore, I still wouldn't call them good.I used to build all my own machines, but my time is too valuable now to be spending that time perfecting my own toys, and that is why I bought this thing, as soon as I saw it on Amazon.I usually don't give reviews, but these guys really did a good job on this machines, and I appreciate what they made for me. That typically doesn't happen in my life.Details:____________________________________________________________This system had all the specs I was looking for - checked every box, 9600K CPU - Watercooled - 16GB RAM, RTX card, etc. I think the components - are currently (Dec 2019) at a good balance of cost to performance. I also like that the Z390 chipset can be upgraded to an i9700 or i9900 processor later on if I want to do so.The PC came as advertised using the parts listed in the product description. It came well packaged - with Foam inserts inside the case to prevent components from coming out during shipping(You will have to remove those). You might want to make sure that the AIO coolant hoses are not touching the rear fan before you start up the machine for the first time. The AIO was flawless - in perfect condition, no dents, or distorted coolant fins on the radiator. The cabling inside the PC was installed with care by an expert. They have used Zip ties to take out the slack on the cables and neatly stored excess cabling in a compartment below the Motherboard tray in front of PSU. The spare PSU&MB power/data cables, case screws, antennas, etc. come packaged in a very convenient black Thermaltake case. Included was a 2nd M.2 screw, all the case/chassis screws you could want, and an SLI bridge if you ever want a 2nd video card. I also received the Motherboard Driver CD, and all the informational booklets from the components in an anti static bubble wrap package from a graphics card. The machine will have plenty of room for additional drives - with 3 empty 3.5" bays on the bottom, and 2 spare 2.5" bays on the right side.It runs cool - should leave plenty of overhead to overclock later, if you want. This thing has plenty of horsepower to play anything you want buttery smooth w/o needing to overclock at this point. The intel CPU idles at around 37C even in desktop apps such as web browser(if I am really doing nothing on the PC, them the temps go down below 30C and some of the fans will shutoff. In most games the CPU never even gets hotter than the Mid 60's. The GPU can warm up into the low 70C range after a long session of gaming, but nothing you would ever have to worry about. What I find surprising is how quiet it runs, even with the 4 fans I hardly ever notice the slight hum the fans make. I think my Xbox One and PS4 both make more noise than this PC. My gaming room is much quieter than it has ever been....The Intel 9600k and RTX2060 powers through everything easily on ultra settings - no problems. I love it when a machine is so powerful that it doesn't even act like its straining or working at all - and that is how this PC performs. But I don't have any monitors that go beyond 1440p, and I don't care if this machine would work well at pointlessly high resolutions such as 4K. I usually game on a 60" 1080P TV.Not a huge fan of the RGB lights on the RAM sticks, even though the RGB's do look cool in general. The RAM sticks remain lit up even in sleep mode and I see them powered on through the glass case (annoying to someone like me). So I usually turn those off, but I left them on white for the photo so it would be easier to see the inside on the attached picture. Will edit if my impression should change - but there just isn't anything bad to say about this PC - I can usually find bad things to say - but this PC is solid all the way around.
