Q: Will these fit 29inch tyres?

I don't think they would have enough clearance over a 29er tyre. SKS state a 42mm as the widest fit.

Q: I am using an old mtb which i’ve put 26/ 1.5 hybrid tyres on. there’s a thick front fork suspension. will these fit my bike?

The width would be ok to cover the tyre but you would struggle to fit them onto a mountain bike with suspension forks.

I have the mudguards fitted to my bike which have 700mm x 35mm wheels. I presume 45 mm is your wheel width. If so the mudguards will be to slim for the tyre width. Hope this helps!
