I received the posture corrector today. It tells you to wear it for different time intervals as you get used to it. I opted to wear it longer today. While wearing, it definitely pulled my shoulders back correcting my bad posture. I felt a little soreness in my trap muscles; I see this as being a good thing. My muscles are working with the device to keep my shoulders pulled back which is the idea.The device is comfortable for me over a shirt or underneath. I am about 6ft2in and around 230lb, my chest is around 50 inches and this fits really well. I wouldn’t wear it under clothing if you were going to do a lot of moving around, running working, anything that would have your arms moving a lot ; I did things around the house with no comfort issues or rubbing.When I took the device off For the first time I noticed I was wanting to hold my shoulders back. With consistent use, I can see this correcting some of my posture issues.

This turned out to be way better than I expected. I thought it would appear too bulky, but those fears were unwarranted. Even with wearing the thinnest of t shirts, it was completely unnoticeable. It is quite comfortable, but the pain relief in out of this world. I knew my posture was off a bit and back pain was just a normal thing for me. Since using this, all back pain, both upper and lower are completely gone. I could not be happier with this product.

My mom is very petite so when I ordered this I was worried that sizing could be an issue. The posture corrector is very adjustable, the velcro can stick all the way to the back (at the center of the cross) so my mom could effectively wear it even though she is small. She does not have pain but has slightly stooped posture that she is looking to correct. She has tried it for a day so far and feel that it works very well as a reminder for her to keep her posture while being lightweight and comfortable enough to wear for longer periods of time.

This inexpensive product really works to help train the shoulders to return to their natural position. I bought this prior to giving birth, as I know what cradle syndrome is, having cared for others all my life. This product works well to offer support and comfort. The only suggestion I would make to the manufacturer is to use a better quality Velcro to secure the straps in posterior position. I have been using this brace for two months and already the Velcro isn’t adhering to the back.

This product does not work in any way or form. The so called "Velcro" does not have any grip, especially once you put any stress on it; for example, moving your arms. The straps twist and roll, and are very hard to get into a flat position once it is on. Furthermore the straps are hard to adjust once on, and will cut into your arms if tightened to a level that actually provides any posture correction. The neoprene has too much elasticity and provides no support. The corrector's back support panel does not stay in position and ends up sliding up to the neck. Ultimately, it provides no support or correction. If you slouch, it repositions and stretches to lets you. This product does not work.

I have bad posture like a mofo...I slouch, my head hangs forward rather than being held up high. I also have a disc injury in my neck that causes pain. However, I do know that when I have proper posture and take better care of my body, I hurt less. This is the best posture corrector I have bought. Every other one I stopped using after 1 or 2 uses because of chaffing or other negative experiences they brought. With this one, it is so comfortable, I wore it for more that the 15 minutes on the first day because I didn't want to take it off. AND there was no warning saying I can't keep it on longer so, I'm sure it's fine lol.

I just received my posture corrector brace and have been wearing it for about 10 minutes. I've been having terrible trapezius pain from prolonged desk work. Just trying to control my posture wasn't working at all. I feel well supported and the slight pressure is a reminder to sit up straight as well. I am hopeful that my neck pain will be reduced soon and I'll be back to my old self.The material is soft with a bit of give so it is pretty comfortable to wear. I'm on zoom all day, as many of us are these days, so it is nice that it can be worn under the clothes. I think it will need a fair amount of washing though since it sits right in the arm pits! :)One thing that could use some improvement is better directions for use. The pictures are helpful.

*UPDATE*I haven’t noticed any change in my posture, but i wear it while I’m at my desk or doing dishes and it helps a little with neck and lower back pain. With that being said, I wrote this review in order to receive a free neck massager. The company sends a card in the package saying go to a website to get the free gift. The link eventually ONLY leads to this page to write a review. I figured I’d write a review then click the contact button on the links landing page. Told them I wrote a review, would like the gift. Crickets. So I’m changing my review to 2 stars just cuz the company basically cons people into writing reviews with the promise of a free item.*End of update*Fits nice, and I’m a bigger girl. It is a little uncomfortable to wear right now but I’m guessing it’s because my posture is horrendous.Will update after prolonged wear!
