Yes, it can be used for tarts. I use it in clamshells, scent shots, and special shaped molds. Works great!

Why is there an almost $30 shipping fee for buying more than one ten pound pack??

Maybe because of the weight... i buy 50lb case and shipping is $60 something :/

Can you provide me with a full ingredient list before purchasing?

Other then my own knowledge consisting of the fact that soy wax is made of soy bean derived oils. I do not know what the additive in this wax is, i was content with the fact that it is Kosher certified. I found this* on another sellers site its the only additional information i have read as far as ingredients since my wax has never contained a list of ingredients.
