This review is after about 2 weeks of heavy usage of these headphones, so here goes:Build quality- The headphones are well built, and although I used to have to take them off after a while when I first bought them, this pretty much happens to everyone buying their first pair of over ear headphones, you'll get used to it after around a week. Overall, I would say that theyre extremely well built, and the fabric around the top band really helps them be extremely comfy to wear.Noise isolation : Amazon has mentioned that these headphones have noise "cancellation" but there's a difference between 'active' noise cancellation and "passive" noise "isolation". In short: these headphones don't have noise cancellation, but that's literally impossible to get at this price point. However the headphones do a really good job at noise "isolation" and you can barely hear anything.Sound- They sound really good, that's all I can really say, they're a little bass heavy but you can customise that using the JBL headphones app, which I definitely recommend using with these headphones- it makes them come to life honestly and they sound soo much better.Other features- The ambient noise features that they have mentioned work extremely well, I was mind blown that this feature works so well at this price point, it's super useful and definitely another huge plus in my book.The Google assistant feature is slightly finicky though- The best way to get it to work is to slightly press down using 2 fingers instead of just tapping, it's pretty good though, it reads out your notifications so you don't have to pull out your phone to see.Connectivity- This is my only issue with these headphones: the audio can start stuttering at times but it takes just a couple seconds to reconnect them which fixes the issue.Final thoughts: These headphones have lots of good features, pretty good sound, and even an audio jack so you can use them wired. They're the best pair of headphones for those who are going to use them for many different situations (at home, commuting, using them with your gaming console, etc). If you don't care about the audio jack and the ambient features you should look at senheiser headphones, they have even better sound, but these headphones are a total win for me.

It's a great earphone money can buy at this price point. But I returned it on exchange two times because the headphones that I received it had small flaws. The first one I received , had a noise on the left handl as if the plastic construction was fauilty .. it was freaking Everytime I handled it. So I had returned it . The next replacemt arrived within 2 days and that had a fault of its own. The jbl sticker that is on the touch pad of the product was loosing it's glue and was chipping off on the first day itself. In fact when I was unboxing it I noticed that a strand of thread was stuck in between the sticker and the touch screen which I had to remove . I mean these are not serious complaints at all. The quality of sound is phenomenal, the accessories prodided were of good quality and the app worked fine. But I was surprised to experience these build flaws on both my replacements. Till this date i have not exchanged two times and got both faulty products. So I don't know who is at fault here .. the seller or the manufacturer. Nevertheless .. I did not want to exchange for a third time so I returned it again and got money refunded.

External rexin was distorted

I bought this set for 5400rs, and I think paying more than this for a non noise cancelling headphones is waste, next if talk about the sound quality, I would say it is balanced, you will feel each and every instrument and melody and the bass is just how it should be not over enhanced, so if you like to hear the music the way it is produced this is one for you. But if you are into heavy bass you should go for Sony XB, next if I say comfort, it is good in comfort , like easily can wear it for 2-3 hours continuously, the bluetooth connectivity is brilliant, battery backup is great, the one advantage for which I bought this headphones were, they support music playback with aux cable also, and you get a aux cable with a inline mic within the box, so let's say you are into gaming and video or music production where you don't want the bluetooth latency you can use aux. Hence it makes these headphones suitable for all kinds of work like gaming, listening to music and watching movies, doing some productive work like music or videos editing.The audio from in-built mic is good, can talk over call easliy with no disturbance.

Bass is good. The best thing I found was the app through which you can control the headphones performanceI was disappointed by the bass at first then I had to choose the bass option from the app to get a good bass

this is the headphone and the speakers are just away from your ear, so please don't compare it with earphones. bass will not be as earphones have.but, It has super crisp and clear sound, you can hear every instrument and feel the music. and bass is well balanced, make the experience better.In starting it sound very low, but after 2-3 days, it has enough volume or more then enough volume.

The media could not be loaded. I would recommend these headphones within a price range of 6000 don't go for them if they cost you 7000 these are pretty good for calling, meeting and listening to songs, the voice is pretty clear while I use them to talk, have been using them from past 2 months the only problem I faced is that they do disconnect to my Bluetooth automatically sometimes (once in every 3 calls) and that too 2-3 times during a call, otherwise these are pretty good and I would surely recommend them as a Bluetooth headphones

Cushion quality is really bad. I went to service center in Nehru place for replacement of cushion. It was not available. They gave me a time of 1 month. After a month they say they can't tell by when will it be available. Same with customer care. These cushion are not available in market as well. So they become useless within an year even though they are in working condition.
