I don’t know why, but Apple doesn’t seem to want to make anything that allows you to get an audio out feed from your device whilst charging at the same time.I have tried four other products and this is the only one that works. It was recommended to me.I use this to plug my IPad Air in to a PA system to eh. A DJ app without the constant worry that the battery is going to run out.Peace of mind, and no pops/Audio drop-outs that I have experienced with a more expensive USB-C hub.Your search is over Ipad users.

This item does not work for my needs it will work for earphones/headphones but when I insert a memory card reader (brand new) into the USB socket next to it don't want to know, the same applies to a Samsung duo memory stick it don't like that either!!! If I put either the memory card reader OR memory stick DIRECTLY INTO my phone they will work, which is how I know that this adaptor DON'T work with the exception of headphones or earphones, which as there's no porthole for headphones on my Samsung device it's important that BOTH of these 'sockets' (sorry I don't know the technical term) work equally/simultaneously otherwise what's the point?!?!?!?! I bought this brand because I've used other Belkin products before & they've been reliable enough, but THIS is a COMPLETE WASTE of TIME, I'd send it back if I'd still got the packaging but 😢 I don't have it anymore so it looks like I'm lumbered with something that's of no use to me. Unless the seller of this product would accept it back minus the packaging??? I CAN BUT HOPE that SOMEONE who knows them & is reading this review & understands my dilemma. I cannot afford to keep something that's not going to be of use for my needs.

It works, that's about all there is to say about it. It REALLY needs the cable section to be a touch longer I suspect this could prove to be a weak point as it flexes being so short Sound quality is OK, but ONLY OK, it does introduce some background hiss while listening All in all it's good to be able to listen on headphones and charge at the same time which is what it's for

You can't go wrong with Belkin's products lets be honest. This adapter is really good quality, it's small & slim, works perfect with my Samsung Galaxy S20. It gives me the option of charging the phone whilst listening to music. It's a tad dearer than the cheap Chinese scraps, but I'd rather pay a little more extra for a reliable, well made, great quality product.

Good sound Interface, but unfortunately when I connect up to my Samsung tablet the headphones will only work when I have the adaptor connected to the mains as well

I'm so happy!!! This is the third similar gadget I've bought that claims to be compatible with a Samsung Galaxy S10 and this one actually is!! Does exactly what it says on the tin. Plays music and charges at the same time. At last!! This is way more expensive than the others I ordered before and I really regret not forking out for it first as it would have saved me a week of order, disappointment, return, repeat!
