Great customer service
Product has great audio quality, but sadly mine broke fairly quickly - I put up a negative review not expecting to hear anything, but to my surprise the company reached out and discussed the issue with me! The problem was sorted, and I now have a great pair of working headphones!

Poor value for money
Rubbish, stopped worked after a few months. Terrible value for money. Impossible to contact seller

Impressive durability
I accidently put them in a hot wash with my clothes and they still work, so I'm impressed.Sound quality isn't bad, I'm happy enough.Only downside is they do not sit comfortably in my ears. I do have tiny ears, however the buds are large even taking that into account.Still pretty happy overall.

This earphones didn't work for me
These earphones just created a terrible echo on the side for whoever I would be speaking to while using them. So bad that I'd have to speak without them. Happened all the time so gave up using them after about three occasions. Total waste of my money.

Bought two pairs
Easy fit into the ears.Good sound and sound insulation, even when travelling on noisey trains.USB-C is the norm these days for phone earphones so fitted the bill.Used for mainly listening to audoi but also works on phone calls but can get a bit of amplified feedback but then it could be my phone adding that in.

Great quality sound but loose
Great quality sound and can really blast some tunes but while I'm traveling by bus I can here the chatter of other passengers when the volume in on its highest might be down to my big ears but I wish they provided bigger ear pices I have the largest on and still a little loose.

ハイレゾって商品名に書いてあるけど、ハイレゾ音源特有の空気感というか、立体感はあんまり感じられないかも。音質は悪くないけど平べったさを感じる。値段にしてはいいんじゃないですかね。
