The centre part of the gas stove is not in level I dont know why may be some reason let me know

I would like to review my rating to 1 star because the burners are consistently firing....the big burner getting small flame since last one month and it is not getting any better. They don't provided me any customer care details to report this and solve it.

Need my refund immediately and want to return the gas
Very bad product . Half the things were missing and no one came for installation . After we installed it the flames were not proper and nor were 2 burners burning
