It is very comfy and the message is great. However when fully reclined, my feet hang off the foot rest causing them to go numb. Also, I need a pillow to support my neck because the back of the chair is not tall enough. The arm padding doesn't cover the entire arms when in the reclining position you can feel the frame of the chair.
