The last time I purchased some was in 2017 when I bought 48 bars. I recently had to buy more to replenish my stock. This new stock is horrible. It smells "sweeter" and has made my skin itchy. I have also noticed that there is a film left on my skin after washing it off, which has led to me having acne. I'm going to buy another set of these and see if I just got a bad batch. I hope that is the case because this soap is the best I have ever used. I hate when companies try to save a buck by switching to inferior ingredients after they've built up customer rapport.
