Nexxus Youth Renewal Conditioner, for Aging Hair 13.5 oz

This product is great, makes your hair manageable , soft and easy to style. where ever I found it I buy it

I've been a devoted fan of the sleektress conditioner from Nexxus. I've ordered it here on Amazon several times since it is hard to find in stores now since it has been discontinued. Unhappy with my attempts with other Nexxus conditioners (the hydra one left me with snarls, pro-mend didn't smell good enough for my tastes, and humectress, while nice at times, is just too heavy for everyday for my fine but healthy hair), I procrastinated on this youth assure line since 1)I didn't like the whole "youth" aspect and 2)it is expensive. Finally, as a treat for my own birthday, I faced up to the youth issue and bought this and the shampoo. I've only used it twice now, but I am thrilled. My post-shoulder length hair moves naturally and smoothly; the shine is great and nothing feels weighed down. The conditioner smells fantastic, as I've come to expect with Nexxus products generally. It makes me think of oatmeal cookies and honey. Extra perk? "Younger" looking hair makes for a "younger" looking me!Side note, however, this product also does wonders for the tangled spots my 2 year old daughter encounters. She doesn't need a "youth" angle, of course. I'd rename this in the style of "the detangler," though I know that 1) that particular name has been taken and 2) selling youth in a bottle is always popular.

Doesn't necessarily make your hair young again, but it doesn't strip it and dry it out as it cleans. Ordered the conditioner too, it's creamy and thick but not that great alone for my hair.

I really wish I could get more of this shampoo. I don't know why they stopped making it!! 😕

I think the scent is wonderful, albeit a bit strong. Leaves my finicky hair soft, smooth & shiny. I'm 54 & have brown hair, med length hair that I color brown to hide 'gray'. It can be dry but conditioning can leave it oily = a constant battle.

I use a couple different shampoos from Nexxus... first used them 30 years ago and still use them today.

This is, hands down, the best shampoo I've found for aging hair. I recently moved to a smaller town and I can't find it in stores, so I guess I'll have to continue ordering it because I don't want to use anything else.

Ok I was so excited to get this. My hair needed some help, as I pass over the 39 year mark. Dry on body, only oily at scalp fine hair.. . However, I did not realize that this had sodium lauryl sulfate in it as second ingredient! .... till after my hair was completely flat and greasy the second day. Hum...? So I realized I had switch off of sodium lauryl sulfate for two years and my hair looked great on second day....I wash hair every two days, and if need be can go to three...Still fluffy and full of body but I thought I would tackle the dry flyaway.... nope! I'm sticking to mineral fusion.And my volumizing spray. It might take a week to get re-use to it, but it will not leave my hair lifeless in 12 hours. Sad lifeless hair when I use any product hat has sodium lauryl sulfate in it.Nexxus, we don't need extra bubbles, come out with a sodium lauryl sulfate free shampoo!!!

Ich benutze seit ca 2 Jahren nur Nexxus Haarpflegeprodukte. Diesen Conditioner habe ich jetzt 1x getestet und das Ergebnis ist verblüffend gut.Einmal der langanhaltende fruchtige Duft, dann der Schwung in den Haaren,die Festigkeit, der strahlende Glanz, die Kämmbarkeit, sind umwerfend.Ich bin eigentlich ziemlich kritisch, aber das hat mich begeistert!Ein stolzer Preis für eine Haarspülung, die sich aber wirklich lohnt!!!!

Great Shampoo for fine thin hair, gives it fullness and doesn't dry out your hair.
