I followed this to the letter for two weeks. I ate fairly close to the prescribed diet but had a hard time getting in all the meals! You'll need to get creative with the meal choices but I found lots of ideas online. I did as the book suggested: Don't weigh yourself; take before photos. After two weeks I took a photo of myself. I truly felt nothing had changed. I was quite surprised that there was remarkable change! Nothing gangbusters for sure after only two weeks, but I felt better overall, my arms had definition, and my abs were starting to show after years of hiding. I've kept it up for a few more weeks and intend to go the distance because I am very pleased with the results.

Should have just bought the book.
I bought the book and the journal. To me, the journal is too large to carry in the gym. It is pretty thick. I like the book a lot. If I had t to do over again I would just purchase the book and not the journal.

Wonderful book
I love this book. It is my second copy as the first had been pretty much muitlated in my 10 years in the Army. I recommend this to all the women I know. Wonderful!
