Does this have smart charging in that it will stop charging after it’s fully charged?

I believe it does stop charging when it is fully charged. The light goes out on my DS2 & DS3 after charging so I assume it does. It has worked well for me for 7 months.

My order shows delivered as of three days ago; however, it was never delivered. How do I contact the seller? I cannot find their info.
