I had a lot more trouble with the bottom one (see picture), but the top one came off perfectly in 1 piece. I would recommend starting in one corner and working toward the corner next to it, then pulling from one side to the other. I used my hair dryer to warm the areas I was about to pull. If the adhesive doesn't come off with the plastic, it's best to pull it like a command hook. You can't pull from the very end or it will break, so you have to keep pulling where it's closest to the wall. If you never had to remove it, it would be amazing. Idk if I would recommend it to anyone though. It takes a lot of patience to remove, and many reviews here mention how hard it was. I know my boyfriend would not have been able to do it and would have settled for any price fee for our apartment to do it. The adhesive is super strong and I've been amazed that they haven't budged since I put them up a few weeks ago. I installed them on the typical 4x4 ceramic bathroom tiles across the grout lines and they work great. They hold a lot of product. And I've loaded them up with heavy liter bottles. Each basket could easily hold 3 or maybe 4 of them. And water on them hasn't been a problem at all. Really happy with this purchase, based on how much time I spent searching for the right product.
