This is an original Vega helmet, there are no reservations about that. However, I needed the smoky visor and not the clear one as sent by the seller. I asked for a replacement specifically mentioning that I needed a smoky visor as described in the pictures. The picture I uploaded is of the replacement, which again had the clear visor. The same seller is selling smoky visor as an accessory for the Vega Lark helmets on Amazon, so it's not like the product wasn't available.Coming to product quality, it's quite good but not too comfortable. The foam inside can be opened, cleaned(washed) and re-set into the helmet which is a nice feature. The helmet is supposed to not make your head sweat, because of the vents, but it did for me. Being a light helmet, it is helpful for people who look behind frequently instead of using their rear-view mirrors. The finish is a matte one; however I applied car polish on the helmet(not the visor) and it worked - made it look a bit more premium and most importantly, the color didn't fade.For a helmet in the 1k range, it's nice. You can try ANYMAL helmets or STUDDS as well in this range.

Packaging & contents: The helmet was delivered in a double carton package, i.e. manufacturer (Vega) carton within Amazon carton. Inside the Vega carton, there was the helmet in a white cloth bag, and a complimentary pack of 3 black face masks.About the helmet: The helmet is an open-face/half-face type, this is what I prefer. The helmet is light enough, feels sturdy, fits comfortably. The cushioning inside is soft and comfy. The visor is long, clear and transparent. The graphics on the helmet look great! On the left side, there's a hole for locking the helmet (see photo). Overall, this is a fantastic helmet!About the masks: The face masks provided are too small & tight for me, so I doubt if I'll ever use them.

Vega Lark is best helmet in this price range. It's very lightweight & strong ( ISI Certified ) . It's very comfortable & Perfect size . It's Black & Grey mix in Glossy Color , Looks very attractive & sexy. It has 4 air vents & has also a Helmet lock hole.Overall quality is very good. U guys should go for this product .
