They work and are well built
I have tried several adapter pigtails for supplying power from Sennheiser EW bodypacks to Shure WL lav mics without success. These actually work!

Tried to connect it to the Mike tonight and it doesn’t close down on the pins all the way and it gets really tight and will not work. Why?

Bad product
worked well for about 2 weeks, then got loose and now produces horrible white noise when it moves even slightly. Waste of $30. Does anyone know of a good adaptor that does the same thing??
