I've tried 4 different smart watches within a budget range before jumping to the big brand/more expensive.This one really does all I want it to do so well, I'm skipping out on spending $200 for the name brand smart watches and sticking with this!Main thing was text alerts. Makes it easier, hands free which is so sanitary for my job (woo!) and stay updated throughout the day.I'm not too much into tracking my sleep or steps but from curiosity and looking into my sleep patterns, it seems pretty accurate. I also love that I can change the background of the watch from my phone. It has a QR code to scan for an app to Bluetooth pair it to your phone. The app is so simple!! And so easy to set up!! The other watches I tried threw up warning alertd while trying to download and was really hard to sync up and get specific notifications. This one, you can pick and choose what you want to be notified with! Battery lasts a good while! Been in a couple days and I'm at 27%. I'd say once a week charge is enough!Great watch for the price! Looking into different wrist band colors to change it up!

Before I received the watch I got an email from the seller with a digital manual attached to make getting started easier. This was VERY helpful for me since the manual that came is small. Once the watch arrived I was able to set it up quickly. You have options of 12 or 24hr time and metric or British measurements. This watch can keep track of your heart rate, blood oxygen level, blood pressure, and steps throughout the day. I found myself checking things several times through the day. I read reviews before I bought this and saw that someone said that the Blood Pressure was not accurate and that it would read even without it being on. It uses a green flashing light to read. I know my blood pressure varies through the day and it appeared accurate to me. I even tried to do it without it on (in pictures).If you use it for sleep be sure you change quick view time. You can set it up like a "Do not disturb" so it doesn't turn on when you turn your arm. I didn't the first night. I'm apparently sensitive to light and it kept waking me up. That isn't a good thing. This part is found under "others". You can set up do not disturb there also.I had forgotten about the vibrate feature for notifications. Often I don't hear my phone when it is on my purse or coat pocket. It is a useful feature so you don't miss an important call.The pink band is more of an salmon pink than a pink pink. I'd have preferred a truer pink but I'll probably change the band like another user did.

This product is very good, the watch can be replaced strap, silicone strap is very soft and light, very suitable for sports, it is very comfortable to wear, the watch also has a steel belt, the belt is very stylish to wear. I can replace my watchband with my mood everyday.

I am very pleased with my smart watch. I purchased it to help keep track of my steps and other exercise activities. The features takes this watch to the next level. I have never even bothered to wear or purchase a watch for myself. I truly stand by this watch 1100%! It helps me to keep track of my heart rate as well as my blood pressure. This great asset to my Health for A Better Life Journey, as I try each day to reach a healthier goal of not taking medication to help regulate by body by making healthy choices physical, mental, and spiritual... I I like to watch is nice and sleek it's a very cool watch and everything for the most part it's accurate the only issues we did have and I think it's just because it was mass produced that's all was that the heart rate was off and the blood pressure was off but this is out of how many watches it was made so I think it was probably just a malfunction in one one out of a thousand watches that this would happen with so I'd be willing to buy the watch again and try it again to see if it was possibly just my watch that had the issue so other than that everything else worked great on it it is definitely water resistant it held up pretty good no really issues with it other than those two with the heart rate and the blood pressure and again it could have been a manufacturing issue beautiful watch

The watch is everything the description says it. I love it and it works great for me. This is my second watch. There was a problem with the first one. I reached out to customer support and I'm so appreciative of how promptly they took care of the issue. I would recommend this watch and the company to all.

I love how easy this is to use and the pedometer but the blood pressure monitor is completely wrong it read as being completely different than at a doctor's appointment. I do like the sleep monitor it measures how much you have slept and the quality of sleep that you got

Not great with sleep tracking. Many days it will show I was “asleep” when I had been up for well over an hour and down at the bus stop with my kids, so something wrong there! Seems to do well with tracking steps and pulse though so ok for the price.

The watch is comfortable & the pedometer function is great.The blood pressure & pulse functions aren’t accurate at all - I have compared them with a professional medical BP machine & it’s not even close.I ordered a pink band but it is more of an apricot colour which doesn’t really match the outfits I wanted to wear it with.

My wife loves her watch wears it all the time.

purchased as a gift but after 6 months watch was found to lose time, so not much good as a timepiece.
