I've got a BMCC4k in a self-contained cage setup, and it's soooo convenient being able to throw these things on, pull it off my tripod and immediately start using it as a shoulder rig. There's a very tiny bit of wobble to it even once it's tightened all the way, but it doesn't affect my ability to keep the shot fairly steady.
