I am a 6.5, should I get a 6 or 7?** A: I’m a size 6.5 and I ordered a size 7 and it fit like a size 9, socks would have made no difference, my feet were swimming in them. So I’m reluctant to go down to a 6 because I’m not sure it will fit. Best option is to go into a store and try it on. **Q: Why does the description say 100% leather? These are supposed to be plastic rain boots. Are these guaranteed to be the real hunter boots?** A: Umm... The description of the boot WE bought is > Rubber > Rubber sole > Durable lightweight rubber upper > Adjustable buckle strap on the side of the boot > Textile lining offers maximum comfort > Synthetic rubber sole provides great traction > Waterproof In other words, rubber, not leather. They appear to be of very good quality. I've no way of knowing whether they're genuine Hunter boots. **Q: why is there no red dot on the bottom of the boot?** A: Depending on size and model, Hunter boots will have a different colored dot on the sole. It doesn’t have to be red. As long as the dot is there and the logo is imprinted on the buckle, inside the boot, and the front, the boots are 99.99% likely to be authentic.
